Summary: This villa is huge with 4 double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a large living area. There is a lovely pool outside with 4 sunbeds.We also used the bbq area which is very well equipped and has an adjacent sink. There are lots of terraces for sitting and sunbathing but also shade available too. The villa is in a residential area and there isn’t much in walking distance so you do need a car( does say this in description and we hired a car for the whole stay). Valencia is about 30 mins drive away. Alginet has a Mercadona supermarket about 10 mins drive away which had everything we needed. There is lots to do in the area and some of our party played golf a few times. We visited Oceanographic, Valencia Old Town, El Palmar and Albufera National Park and Peniscola. We had a great 2 weeks here.

Summary: We were welcomed by someone who doesn't speak any English. Hence we didn't get a lot of info besides the message that the water is not drinkable... Owner could be contacted via WhatsApp and answered our questions. House itself is big and spacious but could be cleaner. Kitchen equipment is rather basic. Pool area is great and by car it's easy to reach Valencia.

Summary: Had a fantastic experience at the Villa. Pedro could not have been any more amazing. Would highly recommend. Ideally you would need a car to get around and visit Valencia but the property itself was just what we weee looking for. Great amenities and very clean. Just awesome. Thank you Pedro!

Summary: Large & luxurious villa that is well appointed & has everything you could need. Beautiful pool & plenty of sun loungers & comfortable seating in the shade. A/C was most welcome and powerful plus the lounge had a large flat screen tv & big sofas to relax on. You need a car to make use of the villa which is situated about around 2 miles west of Alginet on the 'Avenue De Los Lagos' among other big villas in what is called the 'Urbanizations'. Alginet has a large Mercado supermarket with lots of free parking & a few restaurants & bars. Valencia centre was around 18 miles away but 90% of the drive is motorway (never that busy) so is quite quick & easy. Would recommend Valencia old town area around the Cathedral for eating out with plenty of choice & decent value. Also went to the Oceanografic park which is Europe's largest aquarium and despite being very expensive was a great day out with lots to see especially the dolphin show but do get to the show 30 mins early. Also buy tickets online to avoid large queues & once purchased you get the tickets sent to your phone like airline tickets which makes life easy. A walk through Valncia's Turio park is useful, worthwhile & beautiful as is the futuristic 'City of Arts & Sciences' where the Oceanografic park is located. Overall we had a lovely holiday which was made by the Villa being so beautiful & providing everything you could want. Thank you Juan.

Summary: We were a group of 6 persons from Sweden going for a holiday week end of May 2017. The house is situated among other detached houses far away from the motorway and some 4-5 km from the nearest town, Alginet, with shops, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets etc. We had a fantastic stay in this spacious modern house. Especially we enjoyed the very nice pool and garden area which also had a barbecue/paella kitchen facility. The house was very nice and clean and we got clean sheets and towels on arrival. All the rooms are big, including the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 bath tub + 2 with shower). The kitchen had all necessary cooking equipment including separate oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer so we could easily cook our own meals. There was also a second refrigerator and freezer on the ground floor next to the pool and garden area perfect for cold drinks. You have dining table for 6 persons The spacious living room included a big flat TV Thanks very much for a fantastic week!
